Simple autopay, nothing from your payouts
You approve the plan once with a card or UPI and Razorpay takes each payment on its due date. The plan fee is never deducted from your sales payouts, and you can stop it any time.
Order fees are separate
Commission is set per category and the handling fee can depend on your plan; both are shown on your dashboard before you take an order; the platform default commission is 0%.

Before you sign up
What do I need to start?+
Your business and bank details and the licences that apply to your kind of shop, for example FSSAI for food. You do this in the application steps; nothing is charged while you apply.
Which devices does the partner app run on?+
Android phones and tablets, and Windows PCs for the counter. The vendor website works in any browser, and the app and the website show the same orders.
When do I pay for a plan?+
Never during onboarding. Plan payment opens after Hyperpik has approved your shop. Standard starts free.
Do paid plans renew automatically?+
No. We remind you 7 days and 1 day before the end. If you do not renew, your shop falls back to Standard and nothing is deleted.
What else do I pay?+
Order commission is set per category, and the handling fee can depend on your plan (it is listed on each plan above when the plan sets one). Both are written on your own dashboard before you take an order. They are separate from the plan price.
Who owns the customer data?+
You do. Customers who order from your shop are your customers, and you can see them in your dashboard.
Can I use my own delivery riders?+
Yes. Choose your own riders or Hyperpik delivery for each order as you accept it.
